How long does shipping take?

Orders typically dispatch in 2–5 business days. Delivery is usually 4–8 business days depending on your location.

What’s included in the box?

E-bike, removable 48V 20Ah battery, 48V 3A charger, multi-tool, and user manual.

Is assembly required?

The bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. Expect about 15–30 minutes to attach the front wheel, handlebar, and pedals with the included tools.

What’s the real-world range?

~70 km on throttle-only and ~120–150 km on pedal-assist, depending on terrain, rider weight, wind, and tire pressure.

What is the top speed?

Up to ~45–51 km/h when unlocked where legal. Bikes may ship speed-limited to comply with local regulations.

Is it waterproof?

Rated IP54 for everyday splash resistance. Avoid submersion and pressure washing.

What’s the warranty?

2-year frame warranty and 1-year coverage on electrical components (policy dependent). Our support team can help with setup and maintenance.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on new, undamaged bikes. Restocking fees may apply per policy—contact support to initiate a return.

How do I charge and store the battery?

Use the included 48V 3A charger; full charge in about 5–6 hours. For storage over 2 weeks, keep the battery at 50–70% and avoid extreme temperatures.

What rider height and weight does it support?

Recommended rider height is ~170–195 cm. Max payload up to ~180 kg.
